Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason. A sole trader with consumer rights has the same right – that is, a person running a sole proprietorship for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature.
Personalised products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specification (Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). In our shop these are the products marked as personalised on the product page – signs and banners prepared for your parking or its spots.
How do I return a product?
- Write to us at wlasciciel@parkapp.pl with a statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form set out in Annex 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act, but you do not have to.
- Send the product back to the address we give you within 14 days of making the statement. You pay the cost of sending it back.
- We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the method you paid with. If you paid by card, including through Apple Pay or Google Pay, the money goes back to that card's account. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof that it was sent.
Complaints
If the product you received is defective or does not match your order, make a complaint. We are liable for any lack of conformity with the contract that existed when the product was delivered and becomes apparent within 2 years of that time.
How do I make a complaint?
Write to wlasciciel@parkapp.pl or send a letter to Człuchowska 13, 85-808 Bydgoszcz. Please include:
- the order number,
- a description of the problem,
- photographs, where possible,
- the resolution you expect – repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
What a complaint does not cover
- damage caused by improper use,
- wear that is a natural result of using the product.
